The talk follows the development of ideas and ancient technology in ancient Israel. The Land of Israel was the birthplace of a few of the most critical innovations in the history of humanity. In this talk, we discuss the milestones in formation the early Jewish civilization: from the important achievements of alphabetic literacy to the ancient sophisticated water technology in Jerusalem. We will explore how Rabbinic literature contributed to the courage of Judaism to ask questions in its quest to find the truth. All those defined the course that took the Jewish people along the ages. Finally, we will see how ancient innovations laid the foundation for the High-Tech nation of today.
